ScoreNova Go ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the ScoreNova Go mobile application (the "App").
ScoreNova Go is designed with a privacy-first, local-first architecture. Your sports records, game scores, and personal statistics belong to you.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Match and score data
The App records player names, scores, game rules, undo histories, and match timestamps only to provide scoring, rule enforcement, and match history features. This information is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store your match records, player names, or scores on an external server.
2.2 Device information
The App may use basic device information such as the operating system version, device model, screen geometry, and locale for layout adaptation, theme rendering, and compatibility. This information stays on your device and is not linked to your identity.
2.3 Usage data and diagnostics
ScoreNova Go works offline and does not include mandatory tracking, advertising networks, or third-party behavioral analytics. If you choose to share system-level crash diagnostics through Apple, those diagnostics are handled under Apple's privacy policy.
3. How We Use Information
- Calculate scores according to supported or custom match rules.
- Maintain local match history, round details, and winner summaries.
- Provide custom rules, countdown timers, sound, and haptic feedback.
- Restore an unfinished match when the App is reopened.
4. Storage and Security
All scoring, rule calculations, settings, and match history are stored in the App's local sandbox on your device. ScoreNova Go does not provide cloud storage for match records.
5. Third-Party Services
ScoreNova Go does not sell, rent, or share your personal data or match records with third parties. The first release does not include advertising or in-app purchases.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can review, edit, and delete match records from within the App. Uninstalling ScoreNova Go removes locally stored match data from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
ScoreNova Go does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and reflected in the App when appropriate.
