Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ScoreNova Go, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScoreNova Go for personal, non-commercial sports and game scorekeeping, subject to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App.
  • Do not use the App to infringe the rights of others.
  • Do not treat the App as an official competition referee or dispute-resolution system.

4. Intellectual Property

The App's design, rule logic, interfaces, visual assets, typography, and software are owned by PixelSoul or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

5. Payments

ScoreNova Go is free in this first release and does not offer in-app purchases. Future versions may introduce optional features or paid upgrades with separate terms.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we work to keep scoring rules accurate, the App is a scoring aid and is not a substitute for an official referee or tournament authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelSoul and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

您不得反向工程、反编译、拆解或篡改本应用，也不得利用本应用侵犯他人合法权益。ScoreNova Go 是计分辅助工具，不能替代正式裁判或赛事机构。

首个版本免费使用，不提供应用内购买。未来版本如提供付费功能，将另行说明相关条款。

本应用按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，PixelSoul 不对因使用或无法使用本应用造成的间接或附带损失承担责任。
